About Virg’s Landing
Founded in 1954 by Virgil and Frieda Moore, Virg’s Landing brought deep sea fishing to Morro Bay and set the standard for charter excellence on the Central Coast. Today, we run multiple Coast Guard certified vessels, trained crews, and fully loaded gear shops — making every trip simple, safe, and successful.
We’re located right in Morro Bay, just minutes from the open ocean and some of California’s most productive fishing grounds.
